Terms & Conditions V-MAXX Autosport BV

It is important to read the terms and conditions, which apply to all transactions with V-MAXX Autosport b.v. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Our delivery to you will only take place under the terms and conditions set out below.

1.Prices

1.1 The prices advertised on this website apply to internet, telephone and takeaway orders.

1.2 The prices quoted include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

1.3 At the end of the order procedure and on the invoice, you will find the total amount with the settled VAT and shipping costs.

  1. Payment

2.1 We deliver orders placed via the website, by telephone, or by e-mail only against prepayment.

2.2 When picking up your order in person, you can pay in cash or with PIN.

  1. Delivery

3.1 Delivery will take place from Kerkstraat 70, 5711 GW SOMEREN, The Netherlands.

3.2 We transfer the risk upon transfer to the carrier DPD, DHL or FED-EX.

3.3 You will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel immediately after the transfer to the carrier. You can follow these worldwide via the DPD, DHL website or the FED-EX website.

3.4 V-MAXX Autosport b.v. bears no responsibility for damage caused during transport or packages that are lost during transport. Damage must be reported immediately to the courier/postman upon receipt. So that you can hold the carriers responsible for this yourself.

3.5 We are not liable for delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure and extraordinary events. Think of strikes, government measures, negligence of suppliers, etc.

4.Shipping costs

4.1 The shipping costs depend on the weight and volume (size) of the goods ordered.

4.2 If shipping costs can be reduced by making certain combinations, the overpaid amount will be credited to you.

  1. Ownership

5.1 The delivered goods remain the property of V-MAXX Autosport b.v. until the invoice has been paid in full.

  1. Warranty

6.1 The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it turns out that delivered products are wrong or incomplete, this must be reported by the customer in writing (or by e-mail) within 5 working days. In the event of a timely and justified complaint, we will provide a replacement.

6.2 The warranty period of V-MAXX Autosport b.v. corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period.

6.3 We do not take responsibility for damage and/or accidents caused by incorrectly installed parts.  

6.4 Electrical parts cannot be exchanged or returned.

6.5 All goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in new condition. (Return to: V-MAXX Autosport b.v., Kerkstraat 70, 5711 GW SOMEREN, The Netherlands. Accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a cover letter with the description of your complaint.)

  1. Trial period/right of withdrawal

7.1 The customer has the right, without giving any reason and at his own expense, to return the product within 14 days. All goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in new condition. (Return to: V-MAXX Autosport b.v., Kerkstraat 70, 5711 GW SOMEREN, The Netherlands, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a cover letter with your reason.)    

7.2 V-MAXX Autosport b.v. will provide a full credit for the returned product within 14 days upon receipt. The shipping costs incurred by us will not be credited to you. Make sure you have proof of return at all times. (pick-up or postage receipt)

7.3 If the products have already been used by the customer, the right to dissolve this paragraph expires.

  1. Transport damage

8.1 All our deliveries are sent with DPD, DHL or FED-EX.

8.2 In the event of any damage caused by transport, these carriers are themselves liable.

8.3 Damage must be reported immediately to the courier/postman upon receipt.

8.4 V-MAXX Autosport b.v. does not bear any responsibility for packages that are lost during transport by one of these carriers. (UPS offers you the option of insuring items during transit.)

9.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
